Online poker to visit licensed domains in Gibraltar and the United Kingdom – Malta’s casino and online sportsbook operator, Kindred Group, has reportedly announced that its 32Red brand will be pulled out of poker starting Tuesday morning through the closure of the Gibraltar-licensed domain at 32RedPoker.
According to a report from PokerNews, the Valletta-headquartered company sent e-mails to all registered players on Tuesday advising them that the 32RedPoker site will be closed from May 19 due to mothballs from its partner Microgaming Poker Network (MPN).
Launched in 2002, 32RedPoker is one of the veterans of the online poker world but the email reportedly notified players that the Bad Beat Jackpot domain had been deactivated again with unused deposits returned to players visiting online slot gambling. The communication also details that the site’s Five Party Jackpots quintet will end in the same manner starting May 18 with excess funds set aside for the upcoming freeroll prize pool.
Reportedly reading an email from Kindred “We regret to announce that 32RedPoker will be closed on May 19 when MPN closes. Please note that you can still continue to log into your account, access banking and play our casino games at 32Red after 19 May. ”
In-house alternatives Wednesday’s report explains that Kindred spent an estimated $ 213.5 million in February 2017 to purchase the 32Red brand. The operator e-mails are further said to advise those who still wish to enjoy online poker action to visit domains licensed in Gibraltar and the United Kingdom at Unibet.
